Information for prospective fellows
The application process for the third cohort of Darzi Fellows will open on 5 November 2018.
You will be asked to complete an application form outlining how you meet the criteria to be a Darzi Fellow, and you will be asked to list 3 sponsor projects that appeal to you and why. The sponsor projects will be announced when the Fellows recruitment begins.
During this recruitment period, there will be an information day for potential Fellows (like yourself) and the shortlisted Sponsors on November 19 at the Arora in Crawley. At this event we will detail what it is like to be a Darzi Fellow, the types of opportunities that arise and the requirements from LSBU for the PG Cert in Leadership. It is also your chance to meet your potential sponsors - ask them the questions that give your application the upper hand - and provide them with an opportunity to put a face to a name.
If you are successful at being shortlisted to be a Darzi Fellow, you will be invited to an assessment day. You must make sure you can make one of the 3 dates listed below. And then finally you will be matched with a sponsor/project and invited to start in April 2019.
If you're interested in finding out more about becoming a Darzi Fellow before November 5 then please email Dave Hearn, or check out details of last year's sponsors and fellows here.
