An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Programme Delivery Team for a Programme Co-ordinator. The role will specifically support tasks related to our 'Medicines Optimisation' workstream. The role would suit a graduate, ideally with a degree qualification in a science or health related subject. Experience or a proven interest in quality, innovation and technology would also be an advantage.
This is a busy and fast-paced role which requires a proactive, flexible individual with a 'can do' attitude. They will be highly organised and skilled in information gathering and problem-solving. They will be responsible for the co-ordination and maintenance of a contacts database for the programme and support related programme communications. The successful candidate will horizon scan, produce summary reports and work closely with varying internal and external stakeholders. They will have event management experience and be able to provide high-level administrative support. In addition, they will exhibit highly competent knowledge and experience of various IT platforms, including; Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, content management systems, social media and so on. The position holder will also possess highly effective communication skills (both verbally and in writing) and be able to pitch their communications appropriately to a wide-range of professionals and varying audiences. They will also be experienced at servicing meetings (including agenda formation) and in taking accurate and concise minutes at meetings, as well as tracking those actions until completion.
