(Graduate) Analyst / Analyst Salary: £23,000 – £34,500 (inclusive of a 12% allowance, in lieu of public-sector pension)

Senior Analyst Salary: £35,700 - £46,000 (inclusive of a 12% allowance, in lieu of public-sector pension)

Principal Analyst Salary:  £46,500 - £52,900 (inclusive of a 12% allowance, in lieu of public-sector pension)

12-18 months fixed term contracts

Hours: 37.5 hrs per week (Monday to Friday)

Based at: Wentworth House, Crawley Hospital, Crawley, Sussex.

Exciting opportunities have arisen within the Analytical and Evaluation Team for (Graduate) Analysts, Analysts, Senior Analysts and/or Principal Analysts.

The Analyst role would suit those who have acquired sound experience of analytics in their field, preferably with backgrounds within healthcare or the NHS, although other industries will be considered too.  At the entry level of the salary range, we will also consider recent graduates, as there will be the opportunity to gain experience in lots of different types of analysis, techniques and tools. 

The Senior Analyst role leads on specific analytical workstreams/ programmes and so requires a strong demonstrable background in analytics.  The Principal Analyst role will act as a subject matter expert in a given area of analytics, in conjunction with the lead responsibilities and so extensive experience and knowledge is expected.

These positions will support the Chief Analytical and Evaluation Officer and/or Senior and Principal Analysts, in providing accurate, timely and fit-for-purpose analyses and evaluation to healthcare provider organisations and other stakeholders.  We are looking for talented, dynamic and forward-thinking individuals to deliver highly innovative analytical solutions within this friendly and creative team.

Required skills & expertise:

Strong IT, Excel, business intelligence tools or database usage and knowledge. Ideally with a degree within a Computer, Science or Maths specialism, but not essential, if you can demonstrate skills set out in the person specification.
