Application window to join Q now open!

Opportunities to join Q for people working or volunteering in Kent, Surrey and Sussex are now open!

The Q initiative connects people with health and care improvement expertise across the UK, and is made up of a diverse range of people including those at the front line of health and social care, patient leaders, managers, commissioners, researchers, policymakers, and others.

Q membership provides a range of benefits, including:
• Ways for members to learn, share and get advice from a wider network of peers, offering flexible development in a way that taught courses aren't easily able to provide.
• A range of opportunities for sharing ideas, enhancing skills and collaborating on improvement projects, based on what the founding members identified as most useful.
• Adds strength to other networks and initiatives that you may be involved with

Kent Surrey Sussex Quality and Patient Safety Collaborative (KSS QPSC) is working in partnership with the Health Foundation on the recruitment campaign. Commenting on the initiative Sarah Leng, Programme Manager with KSS QPSC, said:

“I am a founding Q member, and I’d strongly recommend anyone involved in health and care improvement to join. Being able to connect with others that are facing similar challenges is extremely useful, and you’ll benefit by being part of a dynamic team committed to improving quality.”
