Kent, Surrey and Sussex Service Improvement and Innovation Award Finalists 2015.

 

These exciting new awards have been introduced to celebrate the clinical teams and local innovators who are leading the way in raising the bar for sustained improvements in patient care, and driving economic growth.

Awards will be presented at the Kent, Surrey and Sussex EXPO and Awards event on Tuesday 13th January at the Lancaster London Hotel, London. 

 

The Finalists  

Kent Surrey Sussex AHSN Awards

  • Patient Safety Collaborative Award 

This award will be given to projects that can show improvement in patient safety, supported by appropriate evidence. This may take the form of any quantitative or qualitative data collected in the course of the work, but should clearly illustrate to judges that improvements in patient safety are being realised.

This award will be given to projects that can demonstrate collaboration with industry and, or academia and, or charitable organisations in developing innovation for the benefit of improved patient care and outcomes. This is an outstanding opportunity to celebrate the role of collaboration of partners working with healthcare innovation in the pursuit of improving patients’ healthcare and outcomes.

Strategic Clinical Network (SCN) Awards

  • Clinical Leadership award

This award will be given to projects that can demonstrate effective and credible clinical leadership across a wide area with an ultimate demonstrable benefit to patients. This is an outstanding opportunity to celebrate the role of clinical leadership in developing commissioning intelligence and in shaping the way future care is delivered.
