The Patient Safety Collaborative's work is led by a core team of improvement specialists. Each workstream is supported by a reference group made up of staff and patient representatives from across Kent, Surrey and Sussex. Find out more about the PSC core team below. Peter Carpenter, Programme Director

Passionate about service improvement in health and social care, Peter is responsible for the delivery of all Quality and Patient Safety Collaborative workstreams.

Tony Kelly, Clinical Lead for Leadership, Culture and Capability

Ursula Clarke, Senior Programme Manager

Ursula works on projects to evaluate the effect of Patient Activation (PAM) within Housing and with Clinical Commissioning Group Clinicians. She is the KSS PPI lead and PSC lead on the National Maternity and Neonatal Safety Collaborative. Read more about Ursula>>>

Jo is the programme lead f​or the acute kidney injury (AKI) workstream and the National AKI Cluster.

Jen Bayly, Heart Failure and Atrial Fibrillation Lead

Jen leads on all our cardiovascular work including Heart Failure and Atrial Fibrillation.

Frances Scott, Programme Manager

Frances works across programmes and is currently supporting the roll out of the heart failure project.
